The JA Department invites you to a day full of energy, games, and fellowship! Whetheyou are an Adventurer, Pathfinder, Youth, Pastor, staff member, volunteer, or parent, this activity is for you!
If you are a pastor, staff member, or teacher, you may register individually. Otherwise, please contact your church’s youth director or ministry leader to register as part of a group.
📌 Registration must be achieved by church, by the club director or the designated person.
Each church can register participants in several categories:
- Adventurers
- Pathfinders
- Youth
- Accompanying Adults / Parents
- Pastors
- Staff (organization)
💰 Cost: $20 per person, for all categories (participants, parents, pastors, staff, etc.).
🍽️ The fee includes lunch.
🚫 No outside food will be allowed on site.
✅ Steps to complete registration:
1️⃣ Select the total number of participants at the beginning of the registration process.
2️⃣ Then, fill out the individual registration form for each participant.
🎯 Sports activity selection:
If someone is registered in the Adventurer, Pathfinder, Youth, or combined Pastors/Parents/Staff category, the club director must choose the games they wish to participate in according to their category.
⚠️ Important:
To take part in a team sport, your church must have enough people to form a full team.
If not, you must team up with another church before registering and register together.
- Soccer: 7 people
- Basketball: 5 people
- Flag Football: 7 people
- Volleyball: 6 people
👉 At the end of the form, you’ll be able to indicate the names of the two participating churches, if applicable.
