The British Columbia Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant / Camp Meeting Coordinator to join its team at the Conference Office in Abbotsford, BC.

This role combines executive administrative support for the Executive Secretary with the planning and coordination of Camp Meeting, working closely with ministry leaders, volunteers, and external partners. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a passion for service in a faith-based context.

Key requirements (essentials):

  • Proven administrative and project/event coordination skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office workflows.

  • Member in good standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
