Ministerial association
The Pastoral Association aims to promote the growth and well-being of pastors and their families and to provide support for improving the effectiveness of pastors’ work in the communities they serve.
Its role is to provide moral and spiritual support as well as assistance to pastors in various aspects of their ministry and personal life.
The Pastoral Association fulfills its mission through visits to pastors, regular contacts with them and their families. It also provides follow-up for pastors from their theological studies to their retirement (continuing education). It organizes training not only for pastors but also for elders and deacons who exercise their ministry in the churches of the Federation while listening to them.
