The British Columbia Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant / Receptionist to join its team at the conference office in Abbotsford, BC.

This position provides administrative and reception support to the Executive Secretary and assists in daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, faith-based environment.

Key requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office administration.

  • Commitment to the mission and values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

  • Must be a member in good standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
